ISIS declared its captive territories an 'Islamic Caliphate'

A Jihadist group, ISIS demanded obedience of all Muslims for its Leader as it claims to be the mantle of the great Muslim Empires of the past. Recently the jihadist group ISIS has declared its captive territories an “Islamic Caliphate”. 

In a recorded audio statement the speaker : Abu Mohammed al-Adnani, assured Muslims that “The sun of jihad has risen. The glad tidings of good are shining. Triumph looms on the horizon. The signs of victory have appeared.”
