A Muslim man donated his shoes and socks to the shoe-less passenger and he himself returned home barefoot. The off-duty took photos of the incident and posted it on Facebook.
"It made my heart melt," Surjit Singh Virk told QMI Agency. "He just took his shoes and socks off and said, 'You can take these, don't worry about me — I live close by and can walk."
A Spokesman from a local mosque said that that was an act of charity.
